We call it "里山=SATOYAMA" I like riding a bicycle and trailrunning at ”SATOYAMA” Now,I am trying the improvement of physical strength by synergistic effect between running and cycling!! Japanese say "Gambatte!! " it means that "Do your best move!! " 筑波山周辺をロードバイクでヒルクライムしたりトレランしてます。Run＆Bikeの相乗効果により、体力向上を目指します。
