The program is based on HR zones, which means, for the easy run, your pace should be 6 min/km with HR being in Zone 1 or 2
i just started this program but was kinda surprised ....it said today wednesday first week :"53min easy 9.65km - 6miles slow" ... and it would tell me to slow down even if i did attempt to just jog or walk a bit faster ...at which pace is this meant to be ? just for information i was doing just 9.59min/km pace today ,and it kept telling me to slow down! doesn't sound right to me
What's the target? 4:00? or 3:30?
