Stockholm Marathon. I was suffering from lumbago (noidannuoli) in my back so this was a painful day for me. Because this was my first full marathon, I decided to continue to the end, despite the pain. Group H was a good choise because I left 1700 runners behind me during the race. I expected to have better result between 4:00 and 4:15, but I´m very happy with this result in these rainy circumstances.

The first 10 kilometers within 52 minutes and the rest 11,1 km under 55 min, so the second round was a little bit faster.

My Ultra Ski Day started at 4:05 a.m. under the northern lights. Ylläsjärvi-Lainiokrouvi-Äkäslompolo-Äkäsmylly and then back. GPS-POD didn´t work well after 51,65 km because of empty batteries.

Numerolappu rintaan ja lähtöviivalle - 35 vuoden kilpailutauon jälkeen :-) Melkeinpä nostalgiset fiilikset. Aloitin juoksuharrastuksen syyskuussa 2011 ja tästä on hyvä jatkaa.
