      Rockman Ultra X Triathlon. FIRST EVER format of its kind. SWIM(2km) - TOUGH as anything, have come to the conclusion I am NOT a swimmer. MTB(70km) - Rained HEAVILY night before, clay like material so wheels got clogged up so was rough but enjoyed it TREMENDOUSLY. RUN(18km) - HOT!!!! the sun was beating down. Had to "pull myself towards myself' a few times. Overall - was one of the toughest races i have completed but worth all the training and hard work. EVERY races makes your mind stronger.

      Three Peaks Challenge 2013. Misty, windy & cold on top of Devils Peak but got VERY hot. Best race yet. Placed 27th of 102.

      What a Race! What a Team! What an Experience! Team Adventure Life: Terence Vrugtman, Mike Benci, Nicky Klue. The race was WET, COLD and TOUGH!! Rained for approximately 15 hours out of the 19. Enjoyed it A LOT. The Team was great, we had LOADS of fun from the word go. Placed 8th out of 14 in our category. Mixed Team(First time in Main Category) Bring on 250km
