    My 100th move and the fastest for me so far. 5k in 30 min is a milestone for me on my way to running 10k under 60 min by mid October.

    Today I ran with a friend who usually runs much faster, so this helped me to push myself a little. Broke all the rules, unfortunately.... No warm up and no stretching. Still feels good though.

    A little relaxing tour in the Linth Ebene, Kanton Sankt Gallen. First time back on skates in 15 years (!). Can highly recommend it. There are different marked runs from 10k to 32k and a skating shop / service point along the way. Certainly not our last time here ...
