2016 has not gone well at all for my running. I wore myself out pretty good training for MM2015 and struggled ever since, mostly with motivation. My fitness is gone and I've been sick on and off all damn year.
But today is MM2016. Enough is enough.
Let's see if I can't get some of my fitness back by MM2017... without killing myself in the training this time!
