I own Spafford Health and Adventure, which offers running coaching services, race directing, freelance writing, sales of Dion Running Snowshoes, S!Cap Electrolytes and UltrAspire Hydration. I am also a member of the La Sportiva Running Team.

    Yarker to Sharbot Lake self supported. Done! Have wanted to piece that together for a while. 101 Trail-TransCan Trail. 12+ Lakes. With full pulk. Tough trail conditions in spots. Finished with a full moon…but pub in Sharbot Lake was closed.

    Dirty Girls 12hr night race

    Trail running 11:52'12.3 Average heart rate 141 bpm, 98.00 km.
    Dirty Girls 12hr (Mansfield). (11:52 for 98km) A couple of rough patches, but went well. Challenging course with good climbing, twisting turns and lots of roots which made things tough in the dark pretty much all but the last loop. Finished first with 98km....would have liked a little more, but pleased with it. Impressed with the organization of the race. Loved the sandy footing. 8km/5mi loop (Mostly tree cover). Vertical Km's were awesome (wore socks because of sand and grit).
