Hello :-) Since the MC Events part has not been in very active use, we created a new kind of event. You can attend from home coach while sipping coffee :D
This is a new ideology in which users can track each others’ Events in Realtime! At this time there will be 15 skiers racing in cross-country skiing… I hope you have time to check this and attend – and why not to invite other friends too to join :-) Vuokatti_Hiihto_Live_Map_Check_this_out_-)
Hienon videon lähetit, kiitos! Huomasitko että ratsastus on tänään tullut Movescount-lajiksi, jes! Kivaa keväänodotusta sinne!

Trekking 1:34'53.8 Average heart rate 164 bpm, 2.80 km.Snowshoeing with KETE in KYTÄJÄ-JUKOLA orienteering competition terrain. Hard terrain, heavy snow, good hills! What a Feeling! Found my maximum HB again. :)
Orienteering 3:29'02.1 Average heart rate 166 bpm, 19.00 km.Jukola in vantaa. Anchor or route 7. A 9 clock together start. First hour dry but after that training (you can see it on temperature curving). Very slippery and lots of mud. Good feelings. Only about 10min mistakes in whole race. Got GPS with me but it stopped in point 13,6km. So i estimate that whole trip is near 18km in 15.1 km route.
Running 0:42'04.5 Average heart rate 160 bpm, 7.23 km.Canicrossing with KETE in slush in urban area. Four really nice overtaking from other dogs. Now Kete is really good. But my last year broken ankle is causing blisters or sores to bottom of left foot after running 40 minutes. Two runs on concesutive days was enough running for a while.
Horseback riding 1:08'21.5 Average heart rate 121 bpm, 8.50 km.-9 C. Crosscountry riding with Ritari. Over 140 is galloping. And about 120 -140 is trotting. About half of trip is walking. Trekking 0:46'58.8 Average heart rate 153 bpm, 4.80 km.It was the real first time test of my broken ankle since august of 2011. Mostly fast walking with cross-country sticks. About 2 km running in very light 5cm snow. Walking part in 10cm snow. Temperature -6 C. Kete and Ledi was with me. And ankle took it good.
Motorsports 0:33'38.9 Average heart rate 169 bpm.Karting with 9 others. 15min timetrial and 15min race. Topspeed 40,2, best lap 21.474. Avg speed 34,3 km/h. You can see short yellow flag space in about 28min. And those some last laps. :)
