Thanks. I don't really think of it as "training" at this point in my career but, rather, "playing" as it is merely ingrained in my daily functioning and brings me so much pleasure. Hope the joy part is true for you as well.
The joy part is totally true. Combined with all the health benefits, it couldn't be better. I'm trying to counterbalance my non-physical work and get ready for summer. Enjoy the "playing"!
