SC Governor's Cup Half Marathon - Official time 1:46:23 (8:07/mi pace). Not a bad time for me. This course is very difficult with a lot of hills. Weather was clear but very chilly. Never went over 46 degrees. Overall ran a solid race but lost a lot of time
in the last quarter mile due to the severe hill. I need to do a lot more hill/strength training. Fuel: Ngt before - lasagna, pretzels, 22oz G @ 7p. Race morn - cinn/rais bagel, banana, 22oz G, 16oz coffee. Race - 1Gu @ 5, G @ 5, 8, & 10.
