Running, at first, was torture. So naturally I was psyched for the challenge. Now I'm really starting to love it. side note: anyone who wingsuit jumps dibs please friend me. It'd be awesome to hear about your experiences since wingsuit jumping is a near-future goal of mine.

Last Long Run Before Taper
Running 4:00'34.6 Average heart rate 160 bpm, 35.86 km
this was my last long run before the marathon. for the next few weeks i taper. I'm glad i tracked this one i havent been bringing my watch with me for a while now. As free feeling as it was to run without any gadgets for a little, it's nice to see my progress online again. the last loop i wanted to do the full 9 or so miles but i had stopped at my apartment and switched to shoes, and all after that my knee hurt.
