I do group training 3 times a week with a group of awesome girls - Trained by Liam!!!! We usually do strength, cardio and boxing. And anything else Liam can come up.... flipping truck tyres down the road come to mind :) I am about to hit 47 so I also try to jog a few times a week to help keep the weight down and stay fit and healthy.
