Used the interval-funktion on my watch for the first time! Every second time it beeped I was like Oh thank god! *slow down* And the other times it was: Oh hell no! *run*. But it was fun :)

Oj, jag har inte varit inne på en evighet och det beror faktiskt på alla problem jag hade med min GPS-pod. Blev väldigt irriterad över att den visade fel, tappade kontakten mm så jag gav upp. Kör väldigt mycket gruppträning just nu men styrketränar och springer ibland. This time it is funny to see that "Roanne" changed his team activity rugby into triathlon while "MichalBeranek" does the HEAT program, fitness as a team. Nice guys, keep on doing your thing!
