Good cycle - I worked out with Sophie which was fun. I felt strong and rode for 30 minutes at what I would call medium pace. I am feeling good about getting in a workout every day but come January 1 I will need to be doing a full hour per day!
Second outdoor run. I was sore from cycling yesterday for the first time and didn't get my full run in. I made it about 3km out and stopped to check my watch when suddenly I got a calf cramp in my right leg. I stretched it out and walked a bit before running back home. I didn't want to have to swallow my pride and call Sophie to come get me so I turned around and didn't complete the 10km route I had planned. It's early, so no problems.
First spinning of the training plan. Wasn't too bad but I have lost a lot. Hopefully it comes back quick as this should be my strength as I train.
Well...my first swim with the Suunto Ambit3 watch. It is a bit of a learning curve as I kept stopping the watch during breaks. I am a bit insulted because it thinks that my freestyle is a backstroke...I need to correct that somehow. This is about the 5th time I have been to the pool and one of the hardest. I felt like I struggled the entire time...good thing there is lots of time left.
