Cyclist who just recently started to run. My goal every year is to complete the "Vättern Rundan", a 300 KM bike race, whitout to much pain. Wich I have done 3 years in a row now :-) Once a week a also train pilates on the reformer, which is great work out for the whole body but outstanding for the core.
