There was heavy wind, so paces not increasing as I would like, but good Steffy session anyway :)

Vantaa Half Marathon and new PERSONAL BEST. Chip time was 1.15.55 and I was 5th overall :)
It was great race and my running felt so strong from start to finish line. There was also heavy wind and I had to run all by myself for the whole race, so there was now back to follow..
Splits were 5k 17.55, 10k 36.00, 15k 53.50 and 20k 1.12.10 so my pace was really even from start to finish :)
Now there is still 6 weeks to train before Valencia Marathon, so hope I manage to keep this form or get it slightly better?! Vamos!!
This was one of the MOST hardest training session I have ever made! 32km progressive run :)
My coach specs were: increase pace every 5km, starting 4.15/km and then progressive to last firstname.lastname@example.org/km. I was sure that I'm not going to make it.
So in the end I was very very close to those specs :) And hey, last 2km was HEADWIND ;)
