6 x 1km/2min. Running felt really good and repeats were nicely progressive starting 3.39,6 and ending 3.08,5.

Twilight run. Hard cource with start and finishline on the beach :) good hard training session anyway :)

I tried to run steady as possible, but first was too slow (or it was only repeat with correct pace?) and last two went little faster with last 400m in the last repeat was almost all in. All in all, very good session with short recoveries.
Easy run with Hietala. First over 2h longrun since september 2015! \o/

Joroinen 1/2 triathlon! My half distance triathlon debut with basically no tri-training at all. 5000m race on monday and after that couple of bike rides and one bike-run session last thursday. And yes, one openwater swimming day before race in lake Valvatus :)
Swimming was surprisingly good and easy. 34:!2 was about 4 minutes faster than I thought I would be able to swim that 1,9km loop.
T1 was slow as expected and included short toilet break (05:24) :)
Cycling is hard with no proper training. I thought that 30km/h is good speed for me and I was little surprised when my 5k autolaps was peeping under 10min every time to the half way (Rantasalmi) but it was heavy tail wind and after turn back it was heavy head wind (and rain) and then that 30km/h was harder to keep.. I think it was very boring stage.. just keep those tyres moving..

Then running. I though that running is easy part because so much running. First 7...
Last training session before tomorrow race! This was first open water swimming since Joroinen sprint triathlon race in last July :D
Extra-easy recovery run. Legs dead after last night race...
I'm glad that I was wearing my Classic skis and not freestyle, because it's forbidden in some places right one ;)
