This was one of the MOST hardest training session I have ever made! 32km progressive run :)
My coach specs were: increase pace every 5km, starting 4.15/km and then progressive to last email@example.com/km. I was sure that I'm not going to make it.
So in the end I was very very close to those specs :) And hey, last 2km was HEADWIND ;)
Brisk run. Running Performance over 70 for the first time EVER :)
Raleigh Half Marathon, take 2. This time at Crabtree Creek Trail and I just love it! Next time I will run it through all the way from start to end!
There Hans been 3 sleepless night, so let see how my boby will take this week... Today we will fly back to Finland.
