Annual Suunto Christmas Run. Haltiala "raastosuora" Strava segment little faster because I was pace maker for Karo's PB 1k & Strava segment try :) Karo got both PB's so it was worth it ;)
Valencia Marathon and new PB!! Valencia is beautiful city and this marathon will be among the best which I have run! I think it is as good as Berlin!
I started the race very fast (because of little downhill and tail wind) and I was well ahead schedule in half marathon (1.18.47), but then those little hills between 23-33km eat too much time and that 2.40 was too fast for me this time :) But I'm more than happy to run new PB and beat the old one over 4 minutes!
Now long and good rest and then we see what is the next goal...
Last Shake Out run incl. 1k "race pace". I'm feeling goooooood!!! Btw HR not right.. need to change belt for tomorrow's race...
It's raceweek's Tuesday and last session with some pace in it :)
There is no HR-graph available (I really dont know why???) but HR was really low.. I found those from the watch and add photo...

Running felt easy as it should be in the raceweek :)
26 laps (10,141km) at Esport Arena. Pace was 3.41/km@avg166! So I still did not found that "marathon pace" so maybe I will found that then in the race itself... maybe not.
Well, that was fun! Pace get little too fast, but I don't think this one will make any harm to my tapering to Marathon! Legs felt awesome and little aches here and there is now gone! Raceweek, bring it on!
15,6km tempo run + 10min easy + 1km@easymax.
Because there is winter outside, I was running this one inside track @ Esport Arena. There is 390,04m track so I was calculated this session with 4 firstname.lastname@example.org so that will give steady 3.44-45/km pace.. I took laps every 4 laps (except 8th and 9th laps where there is pause, not lap :) So It was 40 + 2,5 laps today for me :)
Pace was steady from beginning to till the end. And that 1000m easymax feel great after such a long and lonely track session :)
15,6km went 3.42,7/km@avg162 (40 laps & 57,55.1) and easymax 1000m 3.13,7. So that WAS NOT MY marathon pace at all (you can see that also from the HR graph :) But let see how these last 15 days go... anyway this one gave me great confidence to run that marathon under 2.40 (3.47/km) in few weeks time :)
