First Alpine Skiing for this winter. Wife wanted to ski today, so I take her ticket and we had so much fun with Jimi and Jessi :) We did only one route, because of warmed gondoli-elevator :)

First analysis for the tresholds were:

4.00/km (140hr) & 3.24/km (165hr) and VO2max 63,6.
Bodyfat-% was 6,9%.
Let's wait Official analysis and see which is my new tresholds :)
