Can't run, my leg is hurting (i burned to the leg by accident) it's still not recovered enough to run and i stop after 30 second each time.
Really great to get back moving after a recovery break (burned leg). it's was hurting a bit after 4 hours.
It's impressive how much you can lost a good cardio after 2 weeks of complet rest ... But the good new is i'm recovered and free now ! :D
