Treadmill 0:40'56.2 Average heart rate 170 bpm, 10.00 km
Best go at a sub 40 min treadmill 10k for a long time. slowed at 37 min after glancing at my steadily climbing heart rate, peaking at 183 bpm!!!!!!. overheating no air circulation in the gym, should have kept going!!! but then again, I am still alive. as suspected watch distance and cadence meters are faulty, they keep cutting out. probably explains why the pool counters are always wrong also! service please. Sub 1:20 half marathon in sight this year, hopefully.
