Mess of a day, felt horrible. Stopped by a moose on trail for 20 minutes. Shoo-ing it ahead and catching up to it 5-6 times till it went off trail. Stomach was yucky. Trails was slippy and shoes were wrong. On my butt more than I care to admit.

Owls head in 5 hours, half book time. A few stops to help backpackers find their way, and chat with some others at the base of the slide and finding appropriate water crossings, also getting lost and tangled up in the ridge bushwhack. I know it can be done much smoother.
