I am a coach and a master of KARATE and KICKBOXING, black belt 4.DAN degree. All my life I was active in sports. I practice Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, Jiu-jitsu, FILA-wrestling and I love running, Swim, Skiing, I drive with Roller skates, I like to play football, indoor hockey, etc ... When I was active in sports, I feel great. Especially when I'm running in the wild, I am totally relaxed. Running frees me and works against stress. Share with us your most favorite sport/activity in the shoutbox! Also if you would like to emphasize your specific activity: use the shout box. This time it is funny to see that "Roanne" changed his team activity rugby into triathlon while "MichalBeranek" does the HEAT program, fitness as a team. Nice guys, keep on doing your thing! Which of you has done a bungy jump, measured with your T3? And if you will, don't forget to set your interval #1 at 15 sec and interval #2 at OFF.
Dear all, there were 56 members in this group by March 31st, and I just paid 56 pounds (64 euros) to the Japan disaster fund. Amer Sports will match my contribution, meaning that together that will be 128 euros. It's still not much money considering the devastation but it's definitely something! The money will be directed to the Japanese Red Cross, which will make sure it'll reach those who need it most. My thoughts go out to all the people in Japan who have lost their homes or loved ones and hope that things will get better soon. Thank you all for being a part of the group! Together we can make a difference! Aku
