Kettlebell training outside. 12 kg kettlebell in my backpack. Warming up - walking into the forest. Three sets of swings, three sets of full body lifts (dead lift, clean and press with two hands). My favorite - weighted walking about 25 steps, 10 swings, turn and walk back. Rest and repeat. Finally few goblet squats. Walking home.
