Family of pork on the go.
You never know what is around the corner.
Karen and I took Charlie for a walk around the block. Beautiful evening.
I was late starting the watch. This is the route of our trip to Noosa Beach from Griffin. Stopped at a beach on the way there and on the way back. All the beaches were incredible.
Karen and I went for a very easy ride to the mangrove forests on the coast. Data from iPhone.
GPS watch battery dead so recorded on iPhone. Slow steady run of 12km was the goal. Beautiful day for a run, fell ok. Not strong, but able to maintain pace. Pace was 5:58/km.
Took the train, bus and ferry to North Stradbroke Island. Walked the paths and saw whales and dolphins. Amazing beaches with sand so fine it squeaked when you slide your feet.
Went for a ride west, inland, through some residential areas to a City park. All roads. Nice ride though grey and overcast. Was attacked by a magpie on the way back, it hit me on the helmet.
Karen and I walked Bentley around the neighbourhood and picked up some wine and rum in town on the return leg.
Karen and I took Bentley for a pleasant walk down to the marina. Stopped for a coffee (long black) on the way back. Great coffee culture here.
