this is my runforjapan.com since I had a TE 5,0 run two days ago, I started slow and tried not to get over 150 bpm... to support myself I loaded all of heavy industrial and high energy music i've got to my mp3 and that worked well, I think...I felt very well, but those 12 195m more I, for sure, couldn't do today... and even though I'm not that much of a long distance runner look alike, I will hang those last 12 km to first 30 one day, too.
