Good race. Swim in quite rough water but felt good. Swim 1:03. Bike leg was fast due to some good luck with changing winds building up a tail wind to bring us back to T2. Bike 4:51. Had some problems with my stomach on the run and was not able to keep the running pace I had hoped for, but with a 3:26 marathon still able to keep the total time under 9:30 (and even under 9:28 which was last years AG45+ winning time and my goal). Official result: 9:27'02 (Swim 1:03'.22 T1 3'08 Bike 4:51'05. T2 2'47 Run 3:26'40). Second in M45 and 43rd in men overall.
