I have the app "saved" and have it setup to use on my runs, but I don't know how to set my individual HR max and resting HR. Is there a way to do this, or are these values always locked at the default?
If you want to change the zones for your own specs. just save the app and make a copy of it. in your own personal copy you can tweak the changed limits. just remember to keep your app private since it's only for you :)
However, there is a bug in the graph and chart for HR ZONES record plotted by Movescount. It always reports with "Zn X Easy", no matter it's Zn 4 or Zn 5. Could this be fixed?
Hi, this is due to movescount bug and cannot be fixed via the app, sorry.
This app is better than "HEART RATE ZONES1-5" especially concerning the graph plotted in Movescout. The change between levels can be clearly seen.
Not working, there is "--" all the time :(

Inspired by Aleksandra Mikołajczak and Miriam Plana, this App will help you fuel your body the right way after your exercise by showing you how many grams of fat, protein and carbs you should eat. The App is all about energy consumption.
Measures the altitude difference from any point of the recording by pressing the LAP button, the App will tell you the real-time altitude gain or loss from that moment on. Meant to resemble the CORE altitude difference measurement function. INSTRUCTIONS: Press LAP button anytime to reset the measurement. Note: Set AUTOLAP to Off to prevent unwanted resets.
Target HR zones calculated with the Karvonen Formula: ((HRmax - HRrest) * %intensity ) + HRrest = THR (Target HR) The App will write down the zone# + the description, for example: Zn 1 Easy / Zn 2 Mod (for moderate), etc. The intensity levels are set to 60-70-80-90 percent, but you can change them in the custom variables if you copy and edit the App.
