It took an hour and a half to go eight miles, and I still racked up 39 hours of recovery time. Having to take two months off running from early March to early May to heal the Achilles really did a number on my endurance.
Getting confident enough in the ankle again to do a half hour out-and-back.
Maybe I should go someplace flat for a change.
