Thanks Jukka! It was surprisingly easy this year. Next I need to improve my maximal strength to improve speed. Any hints how to do that?
Sounds great! I have some backgrounds as a sport scientist and few “tricks” how to improve VO2max & maximal capacity (will definitely increase both skiing- and cycling speed). We could change few emails about this and check if I am able to give any new ideas :-)
