      I like to work out outside. I also like to try to burn calories and weight train within one session. I drop my stuff off at work in the morning then run to meet my trainer at a near by jungle gym and track on the Lower East Side in NYC. Tons of people come everyday. The ritual is nice. You get to no everyone doing there Tai Chi, Running, soccer etc. Then I run back afterwards. The run is long enough to burn some more calories but short and flat enough to not be too hard after a workout. Also, I have to make it in time to work. I like to work out outside.
