Beautiful sunset. Loved watching the sun go down. Muscles feeling good. Full from dinner still so didn’t push too hard. Started with a side ache and got rid of it quick which was nice.

Smoke on the water this morning and in the sky. A good easy run to start the day. Muscles feeling good, need some more speed soon!

    59°F ☁️

Cooler than last few days with a haze in east. Sun came up and lit the lake and skyline. Very pretty run in the new morning light.

    75°F ☀️

Some clouds in the beginning, but mostly sunny for rest of day. Excellent weather! Not too hot or cold - way back the valley had heated up quite a bit.

Started up to Hannegan Pass. Side trail to a knoll to see if any good views. Up Hannegan Peak: nice and steep but good mountain terrain. Not too technical.

Dropped down on the North side and cut across to a ridge. Ran up to Copper. Figured I was close enough so managed to drag Abram along. Summit.

Down to Copper Lake (?) and the weather was good. Filled water at the lake and a few streams on way back. Maybe 5L overall with only a few hundred calories. Muscles felt good and stomach as well!
