I've been hooked on running ultramarathons since 2004. I love running adventurous trails and mountains and plan to run a 100 mile race when I turn 100!:) I eat a low fat, high carb diet of raw fruits and vegetables (and occasional fresh nuts&seeds) because I consistently feel and perform my best, recovering ultra fast after my ultras. I love challenging my nature in nature and do best when I run with my heart (not my mind)!
