    Easy 75mins with Furbers reps. Very easy on the way down and kept it super comfortable on the way up. Did about 2.5 reps of Furbers.

    Calfs both felt got throughout, slightly tight after 70min on right calf but only lasted 30-60sec.

    Cardio felt awesome and strong.
