Boston Marathon 2014, probably the best race, which I've done even though my time wasn't PB. What makes this the best race is the fact that I've ran less than 120km before this race in the last 30 days so no proper tapering. The other good thing was that I managed to save my legs and they already feel pretty good even though it's only 9 hours after the race. I slowed down a bit after 25km and saved my legs from the downhills, which didn't felt too good with a sore achilles tendon. This was a good exercise and this drives me to train even harder to my main goal of the year, Berlin marathon 2014.
