Getting back into the routine of running, swimming, and biking. Today was the first day, looking forward to tomorrow.
Workout tonight was good;
the ride on the stationary bike 7 miles (26min) then took off for a 2 mile run(20min). All this after trying to stay afloat in the water and move forward - swimming portion is more challenging then it really looks, more technical stuff then I ever imagine.
Well good night folks, tomorrows Friday - just another training day.

Why am I never happy with the thing I do. I see what I have done, end its not enough. It looks that I have a long journey ahead of me. I prefer to die trying than just dream what it could it been.
