I just saw this. Impressive run!!! And you're only 3 seconds/km slower than your 10k pace! You need to run that 10k again, you must have a quicker time in you :>
Thanks, that run just felt great! Everything fell in to place. Next 10km race I'll try for 45 mins and see how close I get.
I trust them to a 39th time at 10km.

Just fill the number of Intervals, and the Length in KM of Warmup, HighIntensity, Recovery, and the Cool Down length. and the application will show you what type of phase you are in (Warm, High, Recovery, Cool) and the length left to complete the current phase. you should ignore the "CurrentInterval" and "NextDistance" variables. they are used inside the program .
