Congrats on the PB :)
I just saw this. Impressive run!!! And you're only 3 seconds/km slower than your 10k pace! You need to run that 10k again, you must have a quicker time in you :>
Thanks, that run just felt great! Everything fell in to place. Next 10km race I'll try for 45 mins and see how close I get.
I trust them to a 39th time at 10km.
yes that's power in Training!
I maintained pace to the end, happy with that!
Nice run! And looks like a scenic one too.
Thanks, it was enjoyable today except for the headwind on the return. Looks like you toughed it out yesterday. That would be a scenic run too!
Have you checked out the new Suunto Ambit3 family of products? Amazing!
I will be updating one of my sessions here online over the coming week! Check it out and upload your sessions or join the group!
I changed the name into Ambit & t6d/c lovers. I have used the t6d for years with satisfaction. Now I also have the AMBIT: WOW!
The Ambit3 Connected family is launched, kicking and growing now with the Ambit3 Run!

Just fill the number of Intervals, and the Length in KM of Warmup, HighIntensity, Recovery, and the Cool Down length. and the application will show you what type of phase you are in (Warm, High, Recovery, Cool) and the length left to complete the current phase. you should ignore the "CurrentInterval" and "NextDistance" variables. they are used inside the program .
