Workout tonight was good;
the ride on the stationary bike 7 miles (26min) then took off for a 2 mile run(20min). All this after trying to stay afloat in the water and move forward - swimming portion is more challenging then it really looks, more technical stuff then I ever imagine.
Well good night folks, tomorrows Friday - just another training day. ;)
