Hello Börje this is olwin from Suunto Discussions! I just saw you as a fan on my page. I have a cold so not much training this week:(
You've got to drop weight for the IronMan, hence get on a strong proteic diet and reduce the workload of weight training sessions. Step, Aero Tonic and other minor weight training classes might help. Most importantly, don't overtrain! ;)
