Dersom du er under 60 viser den Push, er du over 100 viser den Ups.... Sone 1: 60-72% av makspuls.I sone 1 trenes hovedsakelig den aerobe utholdenheten og arbeidsøkonomien bedres. Her får du god grunntrening og sone 1 kan også brukes til restitusjonstrening. Musklene har god blodgjennomstrømming og jobber relativt uanstrengt. Minst en treningsøkt pr uke bør ligge i denne sonen og ha en varighet på minimum 1 time og maks 4-5 timer for godt trente. Sone 2: 72-82% av makspuls.Her trenes også den aerobe utholdenheten og arbeidsøkonomien. I sone 2 bedres evnen til fettforbrenning, men man bør ikke overdrive trening i sone 2 da denne treningen gjør deg nokså sliten og hindrer deg fra å få godt utbytte av trening i hardere pulssoner. Alt for mange birkebeinere kjører langturene sine i sone 2 og oppnår ved det langt då...

    • shows the incline of the hill or mountain in degrees it shows the average incline, not in real-time!! you need to start a new lap in order to evaluate this value correctly explanation: to evaluate this value i aproximate the arcsinus function with Taylor polynomial. As function's argument i used ascent to distance ratio. This aproximation gives value with an accuracy to one sign after dot.
