Count how many pool lengths you have been swimming
This is a fully programmable virtual partner. You can set the PACE and DISTANCE of the virtual partner in your watch and start competing against it. How to program the App? (1) Put the App in one of your sport modes and fire up your Suunto as usual and then press "START". (2) Now the App will increment the PACE of the partner with steps of 0.5 min/km. As soon as the desired PACE is reached press "LAP". (3) Now the App will increment the DISTANCE of the partner with steps of 0.5 km. As soon as the desired DISTANCE is reached press "LAP" again. (4) Now the App will show the PACE of the partner. Press "LAP" again and the App will show the DISTANCE of the partner. (5). Press "LAP" again and START RUNNING!. The App shows the distance between you and the partner. A positive distance means that your partner is winning. A negative distance means that you are winning. To customise this app, save it, then create a copy and change the initial value in the calculation to the sec/km value of your target time for a given distance. See website link for values needed for most target times for 5k, 10k, half marathon and full marathon distances
Time ahead or behind of virtual partner for which the average pace is set at 4:40min/km (corresponding to a half marathon in 1:40h). 4:40min equals 280 seconds. Change the 280 in the formula to reflect other virtual partner pace.
This apps shows in meters how far behind or ahead of the Virtual Partner you are at the moment. The Virtual Partner runs with a constant, predefined pace set in mins/km, in the third line of the formula.
This App shows you the distance you would achieve in a Cooper Test at your current pace. Set it in your running mode to see how your fitness level compares to Cooper. NOTE: This App works only when the duration of the exercise is below 12 minutes.
