      • Attention Pls : 29th Jan 2012, anyone interested for Brooks Breakfast run in Stadium Bkt Jalil ? 5k, 10k or 21k running on it's standard March event route on early Sunday morning. Pls confirm to me ASAP as the official need to arrange breakfast. Tq. P/s, i'll run the 21k.

      • More than that. Everywhere sore. I got a friend who is a Muay Thai boxer. He fights in Krabi and Phuket. He stays in KL and started conducting classes. Very painful sports!

      • you know what they say "short term pain for long term gain", personally I say " make sure you tape up your hands extra well before starting "prevention is better than cure" :-)
