When I train (usually in the evening after the kids go to sleep), I focus on Kettlebells, bodyweight training, and occasionally manage to work in some martial arts. Compact and efficient workouts are my only option these days.
Firm believer that you need to set goals and enjoy the journey to reach them. In that vein, I'm working towards achieving a 40th birthday fitness goal.
