As a doctor I know how important it is to get fit and stay fit and I am determined to get as fit as possible for my age. My diet is pretty optimal, I don't smoke or drink, I am doing weights regularly and my resting HR is 62. My weight is 70kg and rising (lifting weights, I hope). I have never run before but have started jogging and interval training and really enjoying it.
