    What's the difference with the native one ? how to get the max speed ?

      instant tells you the speed at the moment of pressing the lap button (so I guess the idea was - while going down the hill it's just enough to take your glove off, search for the lap button and press it right at the moment when you think you've just reached your max speed - very convenient, indeed ;-) If you want max speed try this one: www.movescount.com/apps/app10011482-3in1_Max_speed_Max_HR_HR (it actually shows you max HR as well - both in the current lap, and also HR% at the moment).

    Så starter vi med fælles træning i Horsens. På torsdage cykler vi fra butikken i Horsens, kl. 17.30. Kom lidt før og få drikkeflasken fyldt op med energidrik. Første gang kører vi en times tid og venter på hinanden, så alle kan være med.

    Hej :O) vi er nu på 207 medlemmer - super fedt..jeg kan se at folk giver den max gas :O) Mht til nyheder så har vi nu den nye Suunto Ambit3 Peak serie og Suunto Ambit3 Sport til forudbestilling på FreeSports.dk - http://www.freesports.dk/shop/outdoorure/suunto+ambit/ambit3 Vi forventer de lander hos os midt i september måned. Jeg har testet den nye Suunto Ambit3 Peak Black HR de sidste 4 uger, og uret bygger videre på funktionerne fra Suunto Ambit2. Der ud over er den største forskel helt sikkert at Ambit3 nu kun bruger Bluetooth Smart. Suunto har brugt masser af tid på at udvikle en Movescount App til iPhone (Android kommer senere). Streamer automatisk til MC App’en – den uploader så til Movescount når den har netforbindelse og meget mere. Fuld opsætning af uret via App’en. Ambit3 har også intelligent recovery overvågning – tjekker din restitution.     ACCELERATING RUN /KM

    Rumour tells that one of the secrets behind the success of Kenyan runners is that they run accelerating runs. Inspired by this method of training this App gives you pace guidance through your accelerating run. The start pace is taken from the first kilometer and then pace is increased (duration per km decreased) with 5sec/km for every kilometer. Thus you can adjust your run by selecting the pace for the first kilometer.

    Golf scorekeeper

    Count your laps by pushing the LAP butten only once after finishing the first lap. GPS must be turned off and Alti_Baro profile has to be set as 'Alti'! Note: If you stop for a rest in between your laps, remember to push Start/Stop button (pause), to get more accurate data.
