      • HAPPY NEW YEAR & BEST WISHES FOR 2011 ... and of course great Moves .... After Trail Running, I'm now doing Cross Country Skiing. This is perfect to relax a bit and less risks for my knees. We'll see each other in the near furture I presume. Have a good time and good Moves .... HERVE

      • Quite a hike David. And I guess a pretty tough climbing after four hours. This is really good for (declining) the belly ;)
