Trail running 0:26'11 Average heart rate 159 bpm, 6.69 km.New Bay Run PB by exactly 2 mins... right on limit and smashed.
Trail running 4:21'17.6, 43.90 km.
Trail running 4:13'22.1, 41.48 km.
Trail running 0:39'18.4, 10.01 km.New 10km PB - But its training so it doesn't count.
Trail running 0:11'41.9, 3.54 km.8 x 450m laps with 90 secs rest (although this was counted and was sometimes below)
