      • hi, devangel ,my dear friends ,can i ask you a question ,why my peak and average HR are all so high,is it a good /bad phenomenon? thank you very much!

      • devangel

        18.4.2012
      • HR depends a LOT on age and current condition. For you, a 23 yr old, your (very rough) max is around 197 with a range of 138-168. I'm nearly 50 so my max is only 170 and range is only 119-145. You are not too far outside your ranges. Also, as you workout more you should expect your hr to read lower but this takes time. You seem to be doing well! I hope this helps!

Not much as far as moves go but a big goal met after a month off. Seeing Dr. next Tuesday but started some light rehab today. Light walk on the treadmill. 6% and 3mph. Happy New Years!!!!!!
