Hey Christian, all is good and I'm training for the IAU 100K World & European Championships in the Netherlands on Sept 10th. Looking forward to taking it easy in October:) How are you getting on?

chnachtigall 31.8.2011

Hi John....That sounds great! Especially after the 24h race you've won here in Belfast. All good here. Still getting used to the new routine. You were right, I was over training. Trying to keep the TE not as high as I was doing and I can feel the improvement. Looking forward to the Dublin Marathon now. The new job is going well. Keep in touch.

Keep moving and train smart ;)
