I'm always running with Foot Pod. The speed value is more accurate than with GPS Pod& reacts very quickly to speed changes. In GPS, the speed signal is inaccurate by nature and has to be averaged heavily. I also like the light weight of the Foot Pod the fact that it is unnoticeable on shoe.
