gotta ask - what takes 12 hours?
A 12 hour adventure race! Actually I was curious what my calorie burn and vitals would be over a 12 hour period 1/2 sleeping and 1/2 awake. Gotta wonder what I was dreaming about during those nigh time heart rate spikes.
NICE WORK ON THE CROSS RACE!! PITY OUR HEARTS DON'T GO AS FAST AS THEY USED TO
It was a fun final race of the season. I'm hoping next year to improve my fitness. Futile dreams of beating Carson at some races next year! Right!!!
