I'm motivated to be healthy after being obese for most of my life. I'm 5'10" and topped the scale at 240lbs. Now, I'm at 180lbs. and log a total of 24kms., running 8kms. 3x a week. I just got married last Nov 2009 and my wife, Sherlyn is an inspiration to me. She motivates me to be healthy & be an active husband!

I recently got into weight training to supplement my running, targeting key running muscles to strengthen them & be able to run longer, faster. I also do some walking to relax.

Nice to meet you too Bigwing! My goal is to lose some weight and have a flat belly. I also want to become a stronger biker (Mountain and Road). I have been to CDO before for rafting and it is also a good place to do some biking since it is surrounded by hills. Good luck with your training and God Bless!
