My BMI is currently 'overweight'. Every time I climb stairs to my flat, I am feeling short-breath and 'heavy'. Hence, I need to do something to keep my BMI at it's ideal range for my long-term health. Plus with the M5 I've got, I am much more motivated due to it's function of being my 'Personal Coach' and documenting progresses of my workouts. In that way, I can reach my target much more systematically and efficiently.
